On November 20, 2023, Surriya Shafi Eye Clinic was inaugurated by Chairman IPAC Foundation Dr. Sameer Shafi MD, Mr. Sami Shafi (Member Board of Trustees) , DHO Dr. Ahmed Nasir.

Keynote address in the event was delivered by Chairman IPAC foundation.

Surriya Shafi Eye Clinic is a good addition to CCHC Services with aim of facilitating marginalized community in the society. Target Set for Surriya Shafi Eye Clinic is to serve 7500 patients annually and to set up screening camps bi-monthly.

CCHC Employees recognition by IPAC administration at the event was a really kind gesture and has really encouraged the employees to keep doing better in providing quality medical services to the community.

Overview

Arslan Haider Hashmi (CEO Cantonment Board, Sialkot) visited Chiraghdin Community Health Centre, Sialkot on November 26, 2022.

Dr. Midhat Asif (Woman Medical Officer) gave him a tour of the center and briefed him about the in-house facilities we are providing.

He was thoroughly impressed by the services and proposed to set up a screening & vaccination camp at the Cantonment Board HQ office holding about 500 to 600 employees. He has a passion for history and art and was impressed by the revamped structure of Chiraghdin Haveli.

Overview

On November 16, 2022, Infection Prevention and Control Foundation inaugurated Woman and Child Health Clinic at the Chiraghdin Community Health Centre, Sialkot.

The clinic was inaugurated by Dr. Ahmed Nasir (Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority, Sialkot), Dr. Afzal Bhalli (Ex-Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority, Sialkot), Mian Maqsood Ahmed (Chief Executive Officer, Honda Falcon, Sialkot), Chaudhary Iqram (Businessman), Chaudhary Bashir (Deputy Mayor, Sialkot), Nawaz Bhatti (Exporter), and Prof. Dr. Uzma (Consultant Gynaecologist, Head of Department, Islam Central Hospital Sialkot).

Doctors, the business community, and a delegation from the IPAC Foundation including Sami Shafi (Member, Board of Trustees), Asia Kausar (Chief Operating Officer), Nimrah Faisal (Program Manager, Infectious Diseases Centers), Samana Ali (Head of Marketing Department), and Zainab Hassan (Communications Manager) participated in the ceremony.

This clinic is administered by an experienced and qualified female doctor. The aim of the establishment of this clinic is to provide dedicated and easily accessible medical treatment services to women and children in Sialkot and surrounding areas.

On July 29, 2022, Infection Prevention and Control Foundation inaugurated Diagnostic Lab at the Chiraghdin Community Health Centre, Sialkot.

The Diagnostic Lab was inaugurated by Mohammad Sameer Shafi, MD (Chairman, IPAC Foundation), Masooma Shafi (Member Board of Trustees, IPAC Foundation), Sami Shafi (Member Board of Trustees, IPAC Foundation), Dr. Ahmad Nasir (District Health Officer, Medical Services & District Focal Person HICP, PTP), Asia Kausar (Chief Operating Officer, IPAC Foundation), and Nimrah Faisal (Program Manager, Infectious Diseases Centers).

It is an up-to-date diagnostic lab with advanced quality equipment with emerging technologies in the field of diagnostics in order to get the most accurate and quick results possible. The lab tests are free for deserving patients.

On March 16, 2022, Umar Farooq, MD, MS (Vice-Chairman, Board of Trustees, Infection Prevention and Control Foundation) visited the Chiraghdin Community Health Centre.

He was accompanied by Asia Kausar (Chief Operating Officer, IPAC Foundation) and Nimrah Faisal (Program Manager, Infectious Diseases Centers). He was given a brief overview of the operations and patient services flow at the facility by Nimrah Faisal and the local team. He was also given a tour of the Chiraghdin Family Guest House and the Museum. He appreciated the services flow of the facility and was very excited to see the beautifully preserved ancestral heritage.
