On January 15, 2025, CCHC collaborated with the DHA to organize a vaccine outreach program in Mohalla Imam Barghah Wala and Bilal Pura, Union Council Muzaffarpur, Sialkot.

Chiraghdin Community Health Centre and Surriya Shafi Dental Clinic, On December 29, 2024, conducted a free community health camp (CHC) in Vinjal Village - a remote village 17 km from Sialkot.

On November 23, 2024, Chiraghdin Community Health Centre and Surriya Shafi Dental Clinic organized a Free Community Health Camp (CHC) in Chak Santhal Bajwat, a remote village 30Km away from Sialkot.

On July 20, 2024, Chiraghdin Diagnostic Lab recently organized health camps at Catholic Church, Sialkot. in Sialkot, screening 66 individuals for hepatitis B, C, syphilis, and HIV, with 18 cases of hepatitis C identified.
