On September 17, 2022, an awareness seminar was organized at Chiraghdin Community Health Centre, Sialkot in order to observe World Patient Safety Day.
The purpose of this seminar was to raise awareness among people regarding Patient Safety. It’s the fundamental right of every patient to receive safe and hygienic healthcare facilities. The attendants were encouraged to make sure that the facility they go to is patient-centered and free of infectious hazards.
The attendants of the seminar were thoroughly guided about the practices which are implemented at the Chiraghdin Community Health Centre to ensure patient safety.
