Overview
Chiraghdin Community Health Centre and Surriya Shafi Dental Clinic, On December 29, 2024, conducted a free community health camp (CHC) in Vinjal Village – a remote village 17 km from Sialkot.
The camp provided free eye checkups, hepatitis screenings, and dental screenings to 316 individuals. Of these, 115 received general medical consultations,104 received eye screenings, 35 underwent dental examinations, and 62 were screened for hepatitis, with 7 diagnosed with Hepatitis B or C.
Patients testing positive for Hepatitis B or C were referred to the Chiraghdin Community Health Centre for PCR sample collection and follow-up treatment. All patients were encouraged to visit CCHC for follow-up care and treatment of their diagnoses.
