Chiraghdin Community Health Centre, Sialkot
Immunization is not just a medical procedure, it’s a promise of protection, health, and dignity for every child. As part of a national push to close immunization gaps, the IPAC Foundation’s Chiraghdin Community Health Centre (CCHC) proudly led The Big Catch-Up Campaign in Sialkot. Spanning one month, this intensive outreach initiative ensured that no child was left behind in receiving life-saving vaccines.
Through 2,618 household visits and 100% door marking coverage, the campaign reached families directly, offering both education and services. A total of 247 children under five were vaccinated, and 1,508 girls aged 9–14 were registered for the upcoming HPV vaccination drive, laying the groundwork for long-term protection against preventable diseases.
This campaign wasn’t just about numbers, it was about trust, access, and action at the grassroots. With your support, we continue to turn awareness into action and ensure that immunization becomes a right, not a privilege.
