Chiraghdin Community Health Centre (CCHC) marked World Blood Donor Day with an awareness seminar focused on the life-saving impact of voluntary blood donation. Participants were briefed on the vital role donated blood plays in treating trauma victims, managing medical emergencies, and supporting children with conditions like thalassemia. 

The session also highlighted the importance of safe donation practices and reinforced that all donated blood must be screened before transfusion to ensure patient safety. The seminar concluded with an interactive Q&A, allowing attendees to clarify their concerns and deepen their understanding of responsible blood donation.
