Chiraghdin Community Health Centre Sialkot was inaugurated on December 28, 2021.

Infection Prevention and Control Foundation in collaboration with Chiraghdin Foundation has established Chiraghdin Community Health Centre Sialkot to provide free medical treatment, patient education, and counseling on various infectious and communicable diseases.

Dr. Muhammad Aslam Chaudhary (Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority, Sialkot) joined the ceremony as the Chief Guest.
